Customers outside Germany who have a support package are free to send their queries by e-mail to You can also benefit from our telephone advice service with our introductory package for only €60. This package is intended for anyone who is not yet 100% sure that the product is right for them. €30 of the purchase price can be set off against purchase of the software within a maximum of two months.

The package includes a 30-day time-limited full version (temporary license) with technical support by e-mail (2 e-mails with max. 3 questions). Alternatively, you can of course get in touch with our customer service team on the premium hotline.
