With personal contact, our support team can assist you in defining your problem clearly and reaching as precise as possible a solution. We provide you with concrete answers on individual technical issues and explain our software – promptly and competently.

Because we want satisfied customers, your opinion is important to us. Please get in touch if you have suggestions regarding our products. In this way we can optimize them to your requirements. You may well benefit from changes at the next update.

You need personal technical support? Then call our customer assistants! Detailed answers to your questions are available via our hotline. We will want to resolve your issue directly within the program. Please therefore ensure that you have full access to it during the call.

When purchasing a new program, you will receive one month free telephone support from the date of purchase. Please understand that this does not include the complete project planning but only to answer specific questions. For the introduction to the project planning we want to refer to our free webinars.

Please make sure you have the following to hand before contacting us:

  • Customer, product, and version number
  • Release version
  • Operating system version
  • Installed graphic card and information on graphics memory
  • Information on installed RAM
  • Processor speed
  • Regional settings

Our hotline can be reached from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 9.00 am to 12.00 am.
