Please save the zip file, extract the files:
España RD 1578-2008 Tipo 1.1 , primera convocatoria 2011
España RD 1578-2008 Tipo 1.2 , primera convocatoria 2011.eta
España RD 1578-2008 Tipo 2 , primera convocatoria 2011.eta
and copy them into the tariffs directory of your PV*SOL program.
Don't forget to change your settings of the default feed-in tariff.
