Please save the zip file, extract the files:
EEG 2011 für Konversionsflächen.eta
EEG 2011 für Sonstige Freiflächen.eta
EEG 2011 für Gebäudeanlagen.eta
and copy them into the tariffs directory of your PV*SOL program.
Don't forget to change your settings of the default feed-in tariff.
