PV*SOL Expert 5.0 R4

Release 4 of PV*SOL Expert 5.0 is now available.
The following fixes have been made:
- Problems with the region and language settings under Windows 7.
- North facing roof in 3D: The orientation to the mounting surface is now calculated correctly if the tilt angle of the modules is smaller than the roof pitch.
- North facing roof in 3D: Calculation of row distance is now possible if the orientation of the modules to the mounting surface is -180°.
- Corrections in Italian language.
- Bugs in MeteoSyn.
